2011年4月8日，广东发展银行正式将企业名称更换为“广发银行”，同时发布主题为“汇聚”的红色新标识。
新标志构图为正三角形，传达以磐石之基、锐意向上之精神，展现广发银行坚实稳固、励志进取的企业形象。与银行传统“外圆内方”logo的设计理念不同，广发银行的新标识设计更具国际化和现代感特点，标志以三条等边为基本元素，取“三”为数，蕴含三生万物、孕育创新、生机无限、永恒发展之意。势如江河汇聚，三条曲线分别象征黄河、长江、珠江，三江奔腾、富沃神州，寓意广发银行汇聚人才、资金、技术之优势，广纳百川、发展共赢、泽惠天下。三边上下相接、首尾相环，体现突破边界、无缝联接的发展理念。三边流线，刚柔相济，象征广发银行能够顺时而变，不断满足客户多样化、个性化的需求。新标志以红色为基调，依层调色，既体现中国传统温暖而亲近的特色，亦富有国际化多元而有活力的现代质感，充分展现广发银行立足中国、面向世界、根基传统、拥抱未来的恢弘气象。

昨天，总行许多员工都在旧标志前留影，这毕竟是陪伴我们走过20多年的熟悉的蓝底白字标识。
告别陪伴我们走过20多年的熟悉的蓝底白字标识，不知他人如何，自己是多少有些感触！在这个标识下有过多少留影？应该不少，从胶片机到数码相机，从青春岁月到中年老迈，为之奉献了近二十年的岁月，往事不堪回首！

even the things you've seen; there is nothing that I know
for certain. A mockingbird（模仿鸟，知更鸟） lands on a post and has more to say
about what will bear us skyward than I do. The day is without music—
or any that is organized in a way I can hear. It is easy to forget
the words you've read in books and all you've been told is true
with the world this bright and close at hand. I am learning to look
with a new kind of wanting. There are a few minutes as the day dims
when the details in the distant line of trees become clarified,
the tree forms taking on greater depth, their lobed（分裂的，有叶的） leaves individuated
as the light releases them, the rich texturing of each tree
suddenly present, rendered with a painstaking（艰苦的，勤勉的） draftsmanship（制图术） ,
then they blacken and solidify, emptied of every last particular,
a jagged line backed by a sky which will stay brilliant for some time
to come, as though the light that once lay in the weeds now waits
in the air above, wondering, I suppose, why it is we do not follow.
